I’m Jordan; rod builder and fly angler. I’m based in Albany NY, and have been building rods for 3 years as of this post.
I decided that I want to showcase my custom rod builds & creations to those that are interested. I build rods for my own use, as well as others who commission me for a custom build.
As a woodworker by trade, I try to design and create as much of my own parts as possible. Almost all my builds use my own hand-turned fly reel seats and cork handles that I make in my shop. In the future, I’d like to get into making aluminum parts as well, such as reel seats, metal checks, and other components.
